Super pleased with our service from Marc B. He was friendly, knowledgeable and addressed all of our concerns.
The technician Conor was the nicest tech I have come to my house since I’ve started with Aptive. I can’t say the same about the people that book the appointments. They cancelled twice without my knowledge and keep sending emails and text messages that they are coming out to service my yard and never show up. When you call the number to talk to someone that make the appointments they don’t know their left hand from their right. SCAM. If you value your time and money, stay far far away. If you have an actual pest issue that you want fixed, stay far far away. If you want to work with an honest and transparent company, stay FAR far away. Thus begins the long tale of my horrible Aptive experience... 1) Young man rolls up to my house and begins his sales pitch. "We're already in your neighborhood doing some treatments so JUST FOR YOU, we'll knock $300 off since we already have the truck out here." Called before they came and showed up on time.john Vallejo listen to my concern and delivered the service with a smile and addressed my concern. After completing the service he walked me through what all he did pointing out how he addressed my concerns.
Aptiv Environmental was going door-to-door in my neighborhood in May soliciting homeowners to have Pest Control done on their properties. This guy was very persistent and very pushy. I told him I was not having issues and he kept cutting the price. I finally agreed to let him do it for $50. About a month later, I get a text for another service. Doro to door salesman rang every bell on the block, throwing out random names he claimed were neighbors that he knew. Called the cops, as it was very suspicious. Stay away from our homes, especially at 9pm on a weeknight. Leave people alone - you are scum!!!
Carlos did a wonderful job with follow up with me.
Tech knew what he was doing and was very polite and helpful.
