Lance M******* did a good job spraying for the tiny ants in my kitchen. He sprayed outside by the kitchen. He communicated with me. Sharon D.
Samuel T***** did an amazing job while doing the initial treatment of my home. He was very respectful and seemed to have excellent knowledge of how to do his job. Overall very satisfied!
Had a door to door salesman knock and try to sign us up for services despite a very prominently displayed and brightly colored no soliciting sign.
Terrence did exactly what we asked him to. Was prompt and pleasant.
At 7ish this salesperson showed up (again) and knocked on my door. I told him that I already had service somewhere else. He's like "what service are you using," "some families have 2 pest control companies servicing," etc. Once I almost yelled that "I already had my service a couple days ago," he just turned away all a sudden without saying anything. Idi D****** serviced my property today. He introduced himself and was very courteous and helpful, answering my questions about the recent rain affecting any pesticide applications. I was pleased with his work. ----- Doris B
They came today and explained all the treatments and work they were going to do. They completed the work in 15-30 minutes and once finished Angela came back to explain everything they did and confirmed they were finished prior to leaving.
1st day, great service & efficiency. Taylor (B****) H*** & Steve, the route manager was Great!!
Justin came out for the first treatment, he did a great job and answered all questions. We were please with everything he did.
