Owen did a wonderful job by explaining everything he was doing and making sure I was satisfied with all the areas he sprayed. He took his time, was friendly, and did an excellent job. He even had to deal with the rain and explained to me what he was going to do so that the pest control used would be as effective as could be. The aptive salesperson visited our house at 9:00 PM to ask if we'd like to purchase pest control services. When I declined, he didn't want to leave and asked who we use, how happy we are, etc. For this reason, I wouldn't use aptive and don't recommend them.
We fired Aptive over a year ago due to their horrible business practices. One such practice was entering our large property gate without permission. Today, an Aptive representative opened our gate again and came to the front door. Our daughter-in-law was startled that someone would enter the property, especially when our dogs were out. We only open our gate when we are expecting someone. I don’t know what legal action we can take against Aptive, but I will look into options.

Kathy L Our service representative was James and he did an excellent job. He went above and beyond what I expected and left me with peace of mind. He was friendly and knowledgeable and everything you would expect as a company representative.
I appreciated the work ethic of Joseph and the awesome customer service! The phone customer service communication broke down with the servicing department regarding my request. Joseph sent me a email letting me know my service was completed. After a short phone conversation with him, we realized what I asked to be done was different from what was listed in his work order. Joseph took it upon himself to correct the miss communication and fulfilled my request and completed the job. Thank you Joseph!
