JAMIE H Alonzo was the tech who came out and was very professional and patient as he asked about what i needed done for the visit. he was quick and efficient.
Gregory D**** was so quick and thorough. He was also very thoughtful, and noticed that our puppy liked to roll around and eat the grass. He mentioned to be careful about that, since he sprayed the yard, and it was raining today, so it will take longer for the chemicals to dry. I am glad he pointed this out to me- might have saved my dog's life! I have not let the dog out in the yard today, and am only walking him away from our yard. Thank you Gregory for the heads up!
I've had them spray my yard for ants and fleas. It took some time for the fleas to die out but the ants were gone after the 2nd spraying. They are always very respectful and answer any questions I have. James did an amazing job making sure to spray everywhere I had specified.
Joshua did an excellent job. He cleaned the cobwebs and sprayed all the extra places I asked for. He was nice and considerate.
I feel that Micheal really took his time and really explained the approach he was planning on our property.
The door-to-door sales representatives choose to ignore the “No Soliciting. Do Not Disturb” sign on our door which is incredibly frustrating when we have a napping baby and barking dog. Ignoring the sign is not going to prompt any sort of business from me. I’ve tried looking at their website to submit a complaint online to no avail.
