Joan D. Today was our first treatment. Gerald was our technician and he was on time, polite, respectful and friendly. We were pleased. Will rate company as time goes by.
These guys signed us up for a 1 year contract without informing. We didn't find out till we got a contract emailed to us, which we had never seen. Luckily I was able to cancel the contract online, but after 3 days they charge a $200 cancellation penalty. Sales guys are super pushy and don't tell you what your signing, real scammy.

THEY NEVER SHOWED UP WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO. MULTIPLE TIMES. THE PRODUCT NEVER WORKED WE STILL HAD ANTS AND SPIDERS. HAD TO CALL AND CALL TO SEE IF THEY WERE COMING. WAITED ALL DAY AND NEVER SHOWED UP. THEY WERE TO SPRAY IN THE HOUSE. THEY AGREED TO CALL BEFARE COMING SO WE KNEW THAT WOULD BE ON THE WAY, THAT DID NOT HAPPEN EITHER. WE HAVE A LARGE PROPERTY TO DO SO ITS NOT LIKE A LITTLE YARD TO TAKE CARE OF. THEY ALWAYS MANAGED TO TAKE THE MONEY OUT OF THE ACCOUNT EVEN IF THEY DIDN'T GET IT SERVICED.
Dylan is very professional, courteous, and thorough. I am pleased with Aptive after the initial and first quarterly service.
Their door to door sales reps stopped me while I was in my car trying to leave to pitch their services!! Saying a bunch of my neighbors signed up with them and they are cheaper than who I'm currently using which is a LIE!! THEY ARE ACTUALLY WAY MORE EXPENSIVE! THE SALES MAN EVEN LEANED HIS HOVERBOARD AGAINST MY CAR SO I COULDN'T DRIVE AWAY! We thought we would give Aptive a try when the sales person came to our door and after several others didn't live up to their promise. Aptive was horrible at their service. At no time did they ever accomplish what they said they could do. The minimum was always done and it became a joke watching what their serves was from our surveillance cameras.
