I was very impressed with Michael, the professional who completed my service. He explained everything he was doing and why. Since this was the first treatment, I can't comment on the effectiveness yet. I just hope the next person who comes to service my home is as pleasant, professional, and thorough as Michael.

I saw a mouse in the house late yesterday, called Aptive, and Gustavo was here this morning. He was very thorough and actually caught the mouse. He then put traps inside and then went outside to take care of any possible entry points. Great job!

Such a scam. The service is not technically anything a homeowner couldnt do easily and cheaper. They tell you youre getting a certain price but charge more and charge EACH time they visit. Had to call several times, always on hold, transfers diconnects no call back. When you do get a person, they will tell you its $200 to cancel whether youre paid up to date or not. AVOID Aptive.

We called Aptive because we were being invaded by millipedes. It was so bad that we were vacuuming them up! Our technician, Brandon R*****, came and sprayed inside and treated the outside. He provided fast and friendly service! We have been Aptive customers for a couple of years and they always provide great service!

Aptive happend to come at the right time for us. I bought a groupon for another company and could never schedule an appointment. So when the salesman from Aptive came I decided to give them a try. Their prices were comparable to others. And they came within a few days to do the first treatment. Joshua Spiker explained everything that was going to be done and listened to my concerns and was very professional.
