Matt first introduced himself, reviewed my contract details, then competently serviced my home as have professionals in the past. He was efficient, thorough and very pleasant.

Cedric H. did a great job to answer all questions and do a thorough review of my home before he left. I was not pleased with the lack of service previously and a technician who was a no show two days prior. He was very apologetic for something that he could not control but he ensured I was happy with the service before he left. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

This company uses high pressure tactics door to door. Does not listen when a hard no is given and invoices for services not rendered. I do not advise working with them.
Lief came by today to remedy a wasp issue we were having. We had some quick moving wasps that kept rebuilding after Aptive had come out. He was quick, thorough & professional! Thanks Lief!
Emmanual G***** was awesome! He answered all of my questions, addressed all of our pest issues and even came back with one more solution to help with a particular pest issue. He was friendly, professional and patient with all of my concerns and questions. Such a pleasure!
