I was pleased that Kyle S******, texted me to give me a heads up on when he would arrive and then he arrived on time. He was extremely pleasant and professional and walked me through what he was planning on doing. Kyle also ensured that I understood and made sure to ask me if I had any questions and answered them.

Sainvil helped me through the first service. He cleaned the cobwebs and took care of the inside and outside of the house. He was mindful of my dog. Very polite.
We were experiencing a problem with ants entering our house following recent heavy rains. We called Aptive and requested a service call which they immediately scheduled for the same day. At the time specified by the dispatcher, Otemo T., the Aptive technician, and a trainee arrived to discuss our issue with us. Received my first service visit from Kevin Health. He was friendly, courteous and through.
Not impressed at all. They not only have not "wowed" me but have disappointed me. Elle *****has not responded back to me. She was the initial contact that signed me up. I asked for Thurs and Fri only appointments due to work. They have tried to come on a Mon and Wed. I was scheduled for 7/8 between 1 pm - 5 pm. I get a call at 6:15 stating he was 20 min out.
