Wyatt V*** came and completed the work on time and professionally. He explained every to me prior and summarized afterwards. I hope to have him be the tech that returns for the next treatment.
The technician who did our quarterly service this time - Roberto G******** - was very personable. He phoned ahead of his arrival to let us know he was on his way. When he reached our house, he rang the bell to ask us personally if we had any special issues or concerns we’d like him to address. Eric came out to treat our property today and did an excellent and very thorough job! I told him I like the way your company uses a long pole with brushes to reach higher areas like our tall patio cover that has large wood beams. Since your company has been servicing our property we no longer are cleaning cobwebs from the eves and the patio cover which is great. They ignored my no soliciting sign, and came to my house knocking on my door after 9:00 pm. I was told that my neighbor sent them over, and they were spraying for insects at their house the next day. I contacted my neighbor who said they were told the same thing and that a non-existent neighbor named Josh had sent them to their house. They are going all over our small town knocking on doors later than they should, ignoring no soliciting signs, and lying.
