I made an appointment over a week ago because I needed a weekend appointment. I received multiple confirmation via email/text that my appointment was scheduled for 8am -12pm today, July 10th. No technician came during that time. I called Aptive at 12:18pm today and was told that I need to be rescheduled. There was a cancellation for this afternoon, so I made another appointment for this afternoon. No technician showed up again in the 1-5pm time window ! This company is fantastic. The service tech was very nice and professional. He did an amazing job and I will definitely stay a client. Ron was my service tech and he's the best!
Cory R******** was awesome! He did a thorough job and inspected all the potential trouble areas before treating them. He was also very gracious and patient, and listened to all our concerns about pests on our property, and then made sure he checked out and treated all the places we highlighted. Thank you Cory!

Kolby was our tech today. We signed up for the service about three weeks ago and had a bait station set up for mice and rats. We had one of our own bait station which they filled on the first visit, it was now empty and so we called to have them check their bait station and fill ours. Kolby checked and refilled the bait stations and moved one to a better location. He answered questions my husband had and was very helpful. Suzanne L
