Xavier was very thorough in his presentation, informing me of what he was doing and how the process worked.
I think this company has communication issues. We were charged over $360.00 for three months. May 25, charge $96.14, June 18, charge 146:14 and again on July 10 for $119.64. I do not recommend this company at all. And if you call to speak with someone, they tell you what you want to hear, then do the total opposite. I was told on three different times and three different people that I would get a refund, it’s been three month and nothing.

Technician was amazing. I have had environmental control services for 20+ years and have never had any technician as thorough, diligent and communicative as Oscar. He spent over 2 hours ensuring that my house and property were properly serviced. This was the Aptive Premium Initial Treatment.
Aniya went above and beyond to do all she could to try and fix my Ant problem. She was very knowledgeable and worked the entire house to rid the situation
Sales person cold called my home at 9:30 am on a saturday morning, knocking multiple times. When I answered, he began to name my neighbors who the company was "taking care of." Actual full names of my neighbors. He is either reciting names, suggesting they are clients (a deceptive trade practice), or disclosing to strangers peoples personal business arrangements.
