Corey M******* arrived when he said he would (after calling ahead) and went above and beyond to make sure our concerns were taken care of (which is no small feat since we're having problems with yellow jackets!). He made sure the entire area was sprayed and that he didn't see any activity, and told us to call back if we saw any other activity.
Thomas was very co-operative & thorough. Even though this was a primarily outside visit, when I asked if he would spray in the garage, he did so with a smile.
The sales pro was very pleasant and very well-informed I normally don’t do anything with walk up sales ,in this case I thought I would give it a try because we’ve been seeing mice running around outside the house and what house doesn’t have spiders and centipedes etc. The service was performed by GB within a couple of hours and he did a very good job explaining what he was going to do, asking me about trouble spots, and offered additional suggestions because of observations he made around the home ,very nice job I would rate... read more
Horrible business. I just canceled. They kept trying to schedule me for 5 different additional treatments within 2 weeks from just having their pest control done.. And I have to waste my time calling and being on hold for 20 minutes. Avoid at all costs. Their yelp rating is a measly 2.5. And their door to door sales is illegal... no permits.
We just started using Aptive and have been extremely satisfied with our service thus far. The representatives have been pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable. Miguel set us up and Justin completed our first service today. I’m thrilled with the contract regarding services and pricing. Both representatives were polite, professional and committed. We’re looking forward to having this much needed service for our home. Thank you Aptive!
Gustavo did a very good job treating my home for pests both inside and out. He was very professional, very thorough, and explained the chemicals used since I have pets. Thanks Gustavo
Great service. Loved the holiday discount and 24 month plan to keep on the bugs every few months. Tech was super friendly and we chatted about our families, big issues around the home etc. very happy with this service.
Drayden was responsive to my needs and requests and did a great job analyzing and addressing my issues. I was running a bit late from another appointment and he waited patiently for me to arrive home.
Technician was thorough and took time to inform us of what he was applying and why.
