Pushy, obnoxious and deceitful salespeople on Segways in my neighborhood this week. Rude, discourteous and snarky people. Reading thru many similar comments on NextDoor, I see that this is the company's usual way of approaching prospective customers, Since this seems to be their usual tactic, I'd say this pest control company needs to start taking some if its own medicine, to rid us consumers of these unwanted PESTS.
My service person Rich A**** was friendly, Explained what he would be doing, was on time and asked if there was anything else when leaving.
Todd was very polite and personable, he did a great job explaining what he was doing and answered all my questions, very professional!
Their employees aren’t certified and they lie to their customers on what chemicals they spread
Pete L**** was polite and professional. He did a good job spraying around the house and getting rid of some wasp nests.
Kevin did a great job today in dealing with my wasp issues. He was clear about the procedures he would use and materials. He also called me in advance prior to the visit to give estimated arrival time.
