Homer did the initial treatment on my home today. I was impressed with his work ethic to get the job done fast and efficient. He explained exactly what he would do before he started and answered any questions I had. Assured me if I had any issues before he returned, call the office and they would send someone out. Judith M
James was quick and efficient and very friendly. I needed a re-treatment and it was easy to schedule and was available the next day. So far very happy with this company
Each technician Aptive sends out seems to be more polite and professional than the last. Andre S***** visited today and was so personable I could easily ask for him again. I asked him to check a couple of specific places and his willingness was such a nice change from the usual customer service I receive out in the world. I can’t recommend Aptive highly enough. I’m a real fan.
Jevon was the service technician who came out yesterday. I had requested a follow up after my initial treatment from 10 days before because of an influx of spiders right at the entrance to my home. He immediately saw that the previous technician had not swept all of the webs away from the overhang on my front porch and proceeded to move around my entire house sweeping every inch of whatever he could reach to make sure that there were no webs anywhere. Howard came out today & was so courteous to ask if I had any recent issues or concerns that needed to be addressed. He even called to see if it was OK to come by earlier than planned for my quarterly treatment. Since scheduling with Aptive, we have not had any issues with bugs inside the home which is very comforting. Highly recommend! Peggy T. Glen B***** MD
Olivia H***** did a great job today, but I am considering dropping the service because several of their techs are at my house for 5-10 minutes, and I know they are not doing the services that Olivia provided me today.
Donavan L. did a great job. He sent me a text letting me know when he would be at my home and proactively asked if I had any requests or concerns before the treatment. Even though I didn't need anything extra, this was a nice touch that I appreciated.
Stephen was great. Shower up to the appointment early which was a big plus and look forward to working with him and aptive in the future.
