Derek was our technician today and he did a fantastic job and very helpful in answering the questions i had.
1) very difficult to end service. They tell you that you can only call on a specific day to cancel your service. Then pay final bill. If you do not call in that specific day you will not be allowed to cancel service and they will keep taking money from you and put you into collections. 2 Once you pay the final bill they charge you again and put you into collections once you dispute the charge. 3) they only dust for cobwebs when you are not around, beware they only tell you they will spray. 4) when they final do spray they te... read more
This company sends door to door solicitors into neighborhoods. The same guy came to our house twice today. We were not home the first time, but caught him on my cameras. We have a clearly posted "No Soliciation" sign and he ignored it twice. He di the same this at our neighbors house. What is this company thinking when they send individuals out who ignore clearly visible signs. I will forever advise all family and friends to avoid doing business with these people. Charles T***** was our technician. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He arrived on time got right to work and gets 5 *****
Derek P****** called a head of time to let me know he was on his way and would be at my home with in the next 20 minutes. He was on time and explained to me what type of bugs that are active this time of year. He sprayed inside and outside of my home and garage, great job Derek and thanks for your Pleasant personality!! Marc B. called before arriving, arrived when he said he would, listened to my concerns, and let me know what he addressed in my yard after the treatment. He encouraged me to call for a follow-up treatment at no extra cost in two weeks, if my problem wasn't resolved.
