I want to warn potential customers not to purchase a pest control plan from Aptive. The salesperson was high pressure, falsely assured me that a pest control crew would be coming to evaluate and apply a first treatment within an hour, and also signed me up for the most expensive plan without explaining that there were actually 3 different options. William C******* visited my home today and treated the outside for pests. He paid special attention to making sure several Wasp nests were no longer a problem. He was professional, personal and very thorough in eliminating the problem. Great job!

Nathaniel Y**** went above and beyond on a return service request when a wasp's nest showed up a couple weeks after the general service visit. He took the time to not only deal with the wasps, but also spray the parameter, check for spider webs and nests around the garage and back patio, but was even thoughtful enough to inspect the grill which I wouldn't have even thought to ask about. Really he deserves a 6/5 stars, but such a star does not exists unfortunately.

Johnathan was really great at communicating when he was behind schedule and then notifying me of what all he did around the house when completed. He was very nice and professional

"Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me." I should have realized by the aggressive sales techniques Aptive Environmental uses, that this may not be a company to business with. However, the sales gentleman I talked with was nice and promised more than he could live up to, which I should have questioned. Nonetheless, my wife and I signed the contract for one year and had our first application serviced the day after. Since then, (90) days, we have yet to see the 30 day treatment or hear from anyone in the company.... read more

I was asked to sign a contract that I could not read before signing. The contract was then emailed to me which was not in line with the verbal sales pitch. The phone number on the contract that was emailed was disconnected. The email was from a no-reply address. It stated that cancellation was required in writing and would charge a $199 cancellation fee. Michigan law allows for any contact to be cancelled within 3 days. Daxton edwards came out to treat the house. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. He knows what he is doing. Provided a quick and effective service. Very happy we decided to have him out!
