Philip was the technician on July 1 , and he did an excellent job. When he rang the doorbell I made him aware of the spider problem and he treated all the problem areas e respected my property and took Covid precautions.
Chandler explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He was very courteous and respectful of the interior and exterior. I hope in signing the agreement doesn't mean I am getting scammed out of what seems to be a reputable business and product. I guess time will tell when my 30 day respray comes due. Thanks again Chandler! P.S. These kids doing the spraying, need to be provided with masks for their protection.
Curtis recently sprayed around the perimeter of our house doing a thorough job then went above and beyond spraying areas in our yard. We had just seen a mouse inside our house the night before, so he set three traps for us. We could not ask for better service from Aptive Environmental which we have been using for several years now. The technician Matthew R*** spoke with my wife and I for several minutes explaining the ant problems he has encountered in neighboring towns. He also told us to keep the service going to gradually remove the ants in the area. This year we have not had any ants in the house and have been using the service for just over a year. Jeff S.
Quentin A did a phenomenal job treating my home for the ants that I found in the exterior siding. He went above and beyond, including climbing a 15 foot ladder to reach the spaces that needed treatment. Quentin has serviced my house several times and he is always polite and courteous.
