My service tech was John T******* he knocked on the door to let me know he was here and told me exactly what he was going to do. What service he was doing and what it entailed. He was very friendly and professional. I have been with Aptive for 3 years now and I am very happy with there service
I had such a nice sales man and he went through the online policy because i told him my oldest child was only 17 and both adults work Monday through Friday. He said this would be fine but when the guy came out for my first appointment he refused to service . I had to take 15 minutes from my job to be on hold for no explanation and never did get to talk to a manager. This company sounds great but they put a bad taste in my mouth . Richard C***** was very professional. He let me know his ETA and showed up as expected. He listened to my concerns and addressed them. He took pride in his work and was very pleasant. I like using Aptive because they understand customers concerns and try their best to keep customers happy. Although I have had a couple of their workers who did not do their job, the majority of the workers are great.
Extremely predatory soliciting every year. Will not stop untill you literally kick them off your property. Every year the sales rep will ring the doorbell, and knock, multiple times before leaving just to come back later. They don't abide by no soliciting signs, they claim to "not see them". Extremely frustrating that they are grated soliciting permits. The police have been called two years in a row when "get off my property" didn't suffice. Sainvil L****** was amazing! We had a LOT of spiders and webs in our screened patio and in our pack yard and he got all of them. We can’t wait to enjoy a weekend by our pool in our spider-free patio!
Aptive does a great job! Use to get ants in the house all the time, have not had one in my house in the two years that I have been using their service. They take care of any special problems I may have and they will always do a reservice if needed for free. Today Sebastian M was my tech. Thanks Sebastian for a job well done
