This bug control service, did zero control. My bugs were worse than before thay started. After the 4th treatment and many followup treatments, I told them I refused to pay the final payment. They in turn sent me an email saying that they have cancelled my service and removed me from there billing. They are still sending me bills, and fail to acknowledge there bug control does not work..my hoise is infested! And it wasnt prior to there treatments. First, they knocked on our door and rang our doorbell at 7 PM. Way past solicitation hours. They asked me if I was interested in partaking in their services and stating that numerous neighbors had signed up for it, which we found out was false. We don't have any insect infestations and we say no and he left. At 7:30 PM he came BACK and asked us again if we were interested. We kindly told him we weren't interested. Sales Rep came to door and was extremely persistent, so I agreed to service just to get him to leave. The following week, I told the servicer that I wanted to cancel and she said I would have to call the office. The sales rep called to follow up, and I told him I wanted to cancel. I called the office 4 times; twice I got disconnected when I was transferred to their 'Loyalty Department', and once I left a voicemail letting them know I wanted to cancel. I had an appointment 6/2/2021 to respray my home because the first treatment didn't work. I saw the truck pull up to the edge of my drive and went to open the door. When he didn't come to the door, I looked out the window and he was gone. I immediately called the company to find out where he went because he never got out of the truck. My treatment was never done. I was asked to hold and sat on the phone for 15 minutes waiting for the receptionist to return. A door to door sales person from Aptive Environmental has been coming onto our property, twice a day, knocking at the door and disturbing our 3 dogs uncontrollably, causing havoc on my work at home. He comes here boldly, without a mask, as if he owns the place, even though we have "No Soliciting" and "No Trespassing" signs prominently posted. I told him we weren't interested. I signed up for a year contract for quarterly services in August 2020. The last time they came out was in December. I've had many "scheduled" appointments they seem to cancel themselves because they never show up. After nearly 5 months of no services I called to cancel because I can spray pesticides myself, it's not that hard. I was notified if I canceled I would be charged $200. Illegal soliciting in township. Company employee solicited to our area without a permit. When asked if she had a permit she said yes which was a lie as I checked later with our township and a permit is not on file for the company. So if the company's employees will lie about that I do not trust the company.

Their sales reps have come to our home numerous times. We tell them no thank you. Secondly, they are not wearing masks. They use high pressure tactics and ignore no soliciting signs. Im only leaving one star because I have to leave one, otherwise i would give them no stars.
