Aptive sends out solicitors to neighborhoods for pest services despite signs that clearly read "No Solicitation." They are criminals. DO NOT USE THEIR services and promote this horrible company.

We only had one treatment so far, but are very satisfied. Dominick spent lots of time explaining everything and making sure he was treating our specific needs. He seemed to do a very thorough job, and the difference is already night and day. A lot of the negative reviews on here are about the salesmen coming to the door. I am brand new to the neighborhood and appreciated the visit, and also had a very knowledgable sales rep. Overall I'm impressed with Aptive and look forward to continuing our service with them.
Aprive approached my home without a mask, leaving me incredibly uncomfortable as a currently unvaccinated indiviual in Washington State. I refused service three times, and they still insisted on providing their service at no charge, and eventually it sounded like a good idea. I called immediately after signing to cancel, and they verbally confirmed cancellation on the phone, but I have not yet received any written confirmation of the cancellation. I live in the Sexton Mountain area in Beaverton. There have been lots of complaints by neighbors about these people knocking on doors trying to sell pest control contracts, and continuing to talk even after being told by the h is not interested. I have had a man come to my door twice today, and the last time was at 8 pm! I do not answer my door to these people, and I have a “No Soliciting” sign by my door. How can we stop these people???
They disturbed me on a Holiday weekend while watching a movie. BANG BANG BANG on the door ignoring my NO SOLICTORS sign. Not impressed with their sales tactics

Beware of door knocking SCAM. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! They knock on your door, promise services they don’t perform and then never complete the job you paid for, but have no problem charging your card!! The sales rep came to my door, and I told him I already have a service with Orkin. He told me some things they’d do and the price, said they’d come by and spray the lawn the next day and a few weeks later come back and spray for wasps and clean out my window wells.
