It’s all about the money. Agreed to quarterly service. Did not indoor service during COVID-19 so in order to bill me they did an outdoor service in February with snow on ground. Service when done has been mediocre at best. Wanted to cancel and refund and they want to charge a fee

Justin B. arrived promptly (actually, a little early)! The first plus in my book, especially with this being my initial treatment. He made a very good impression for himself, as well as, for Aptive! He was courteous in introducing himself and confirming the service he was here to provide, and reconfirming the problems/issues I discussed with the rep from Aptive. My initial visit with Aptive was great. Easton came out, explained in detail their services and prices. Because there was snow, they couldn't perform the exterior liquid application so they only completed the inside. They stated they would be back in a few days once the snow melted to complete the exterior which would remain in the same price range that we already paid for. Someone came out few weeks later, did NOT do the exterior lawn performance and instead applied "powder" into the cracks of the doors and went on his way.... read more

Harassed by salesman(door to door solicitation) asked representative to leave my property and refused ultimately called the police. Talked over me, not wearing a mask, representative said he wasn’t trespassing after being asked to leave and refused to proved his name. Unprofessional, aggressive, threatening “sales” approach is what Aptive Environmental Pest is selling!

Let me BUG you about Aptive Environmental... be aware! A pest control rep with Aptive came to my door. After lowering the price, I agreed to one treatment. Then he mentioned a second treatment. I said wait, is there a contract? He said no contract. I gave him my CC and he asked if he should email with confirmation. Next morning I saw his email. There was a contract attached with electronically forged initials and signature. He had said NO contract and I never saw one. I called their office and told them what happened. Suppos... read more

A solicitor riding a segway door to door and working for Aptive Pest Control came to my house twice yesterday - the second time at 8:30 pm. I told him to leave and he kept arguing with me and asking questions. I finally just shut the door. Afterwards I was upset so I went out to see if he was still on our block. He was squatted down talking to an elderly neighbor who has some mental deficiencies. I told him to leave and he again argued that he was on public property. My service technician John T******* out of Indianapolis office really went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered and made sure my specific requests were being made. Overall I'm pleased with the service.
