Door to door solictitation. When a person says to the Aptive Environment rep that the family has a service & is not interested to hear about or get this service, the company rep should graciously offer print material, thank the person & leave. I have never had to close the door on anyone, ever! But, I did this time, & he was still talking & showing his tablet services after I had thanked him & advised him repeatedly that we were not interested.
Masai H***** seemed to be knowledgeable in things and took the time to listen and look under the deck for me! Very nice!
Kola was super polite and kind. I was his last service call of the day which was a Friday and he took his time and was very thorough like I was his first customer. I have been using Aptive for over a year and really liked Your technician Sean whom I alway requested to do my service, but he is no longer with the company Kola is now my absolute favorite and I will be requesting him for all future service.
Rude and unprofessional, soliciting at 8 pm on a Friday night in a neighborhood. And the young man whom I asked to leave was confused as to what was wrong with banging on someone's door at dark. Had no mask on and zero regard for public safety.
Can only do 1 star but it should be ZERO stars. We live in a rural part of San Diego and have our entire property fenced and gated with padlocks on the gates. 2 reps just pulled down on the lock took the chain off and waltzed right onto our private property on our private road. They were very lucky our 4 dogs were in the house otherwise they would have been attacked. WHO does this??? Trespassing is a crime last time I checked. Called police to report and showed them the license plate and cop said it was not a valid CA licens... read more
our tech Owen S******** got the job done quickly and efficiently today and made sure our gates were shut before he left.. !!
Nick was fantastic. He serviced my home and did a fantastic job. He also asked questions and wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the service and his work effort.
