Very nice service person. Came in and sprayed like I requested.
John T did a great job explaining everything and spraying my house. He cleaned away the spider webs away also while searching and spraying where the wasps were trying to nest.
Reginald S**** was a great technician, very friendly and he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my service he checked and triple checked the yard for mice and made us feel very comfortable.
The technicians are always professional and knowledgeable. Today (4/20/21) I had my quarterly service performed by Technician Melissa S******. She asked me if I needed anything specific addressed before she started. I told her about my Spring ant issue that would soon be starting. She applied ant bait at the most likely entrances, then performed my quarterly service. Melissa was very polite. She also texted me when she was on the way and when she was finished. Bruce P*** did a outstanding job of serving my home today. He listened attentively to what I wanted to be treated inside and out and did a thorough and timely service. He made sure I was satisfied and kept me aware of his progress and completion.
