Aptive is fortunate to have an employee named Justin J**** who is remarkable in providing quality service for our needs of removing unwanted critters (in this particular case ants) from our porch. Disrespectful is the word to describe Aptive. We have young children and a no solicitation sign to the left of our front door, which also has a ring doorbell. A young man rang the bell at approximately 5 pm. Our sitter answered the door and then I came to the door to speak with him. I mentioned we had a no solicitation sign. Steven U - Darious S********* did a great job today. He was knowledgeable and courteous and addressed all of my questions and concerns.
Started out great. Regular appointments, and the service people were on time - then they just started showing up and spritzing here and there. One guy actually rang the door bell and went right back to his truck after he thought I went back inside. For the past "quarter" (because that is how they bill you, up front) I have had THREE no shows!!!! The company will not compensate or allow you to cancel your contract without a HUGE fee!
