Technician Kashja went above and beyond. Removed all of our wasp nests and even waited for me when I arrived late. The spray that is used is highly effective but does not smell like bug spray! Thank you for a job well done!

My Aptive service person was Bernard M*******. He knocked on the front door, introduced himself, and then asked me if I noticed any particular problems. I told him where I saw some ants on the side of the house, He explained what service he was going to do and said if I still noticed the problem after six days had passed that they would redo the service no charge. The whole time he was very courteous and professional. He was a pleasure to work with.
