Jahmiere D***, Called when he was due to arrive. Was very kind and pleasant. I asked him to please remember to close the back gate because I have two dogs. He arrived completed the treatment , made sure my gate was shut . Completed his treatment without any disruption. He is truly an asset to your company. Pleasant, efficient and takes pride in what he does!
Shawn Greubele arrived and was very professional, courteous and took the time to explain what he was doing and asked for my thoughts on any issues he may concentrate on and even asking about pets... I work from home, so was busy when he completed his work. He took the time to leave me a detailed note on the door and even followed up with a text explaining same. thank you
Was very pleased with Mat H. and the service he provided. Very polite, and explained everything that he did. We've noticed a significant decrease in the amount of bugs and mice we normally get. We have woods and a creek behind us, so we used to get lots of pests!
