This company has fraudulent business practices and should be avoided. They tell you one thing and do another . No honesty and I do not recommend because they were overcharged you.
Jason C and a co-worker, whom I am sorry to say, I did not write down his name, came and serviced my yard for pest control. They were very professional and pleasant to deal with. They answered my questions easily. I like the way I am texted before my scheduled appointment.

Had a sudden invasion of ants inside so called to have Aptive come out and re-apply around the kitchen. No problems with this. John R extended this service to around the rest of the first floor. Appreciated his attitude and attention.

I love that they really look at what they are doing and knock down cob webs, wasps nests, or anything else that may be an issue. Mat and Ryan were very thorough with my last service, I'm on a quarterly plan and it's convenient to keep all those pests away.
Daniel B******* was exceptional. He had to trudge through deep to do our treatment, and I was worried for his safety. He took it in stride.." no problem ! " He was freindly, courteous, efficient.
First of all, I signed up with this company in July. I decided to cancel service a month into the "Contract". Was not impressed on the performance of the technician who initially treated my home. He sprayed my home in a way i seriously have never experienced. Instead of directing the spray towards the bottom of my base boards, he sprayed more on the wall. This company is supposed to be "environment and pet friendly safe." ? They charge over $100 per quarter for a treatment, and if you cancel, you owe them over $200. I paid i... read more
