Haven't used Aptive for a year yet but have been pleased with the results so far. After their first visit, I noticed that almost a half a dozen wasp nests had been knocked down around my house so definitely worth it. The guys are very courteous and professional. Jerry came to the door today and explained everything that he was going to do so I appreciated that.
Donavan L**** is our service tech. He’s always very friendly and knowledgeable. We have been very satisfied with Aptive since we switched 18 months ago.
Cancelled my account last year and paid a fee. This year I receive notification that they will be coming back out. Call them back and they tell me they need another fee to cancel the account. This company has fraudulent business practices and should be avoided.

We have been using Aptive for a couple years now, and have always been happy with their service! John T came by today for our quarterly treatment, and took the time to address an issue we're having with mice too. Nice to have someone go above and beyond on such a cold day!
Derek P******** took the time on this very cold morning to describe services he was going to perform, areas of the home he would check and discuss any questions I had. He also made sure we were aware we could contact Aptiva if we had any pest control issues between visits. They would return to the house and be completed free of charge. I appreciated the insight, knowledge and actual work he performed.
