John T was our Service Pro today and he was friendly and informative..despite the snow blowing and the crazy cold weather we are having. He did his job efficiently and it was so nice to have someone who was not phased by the weather. We appreciate that he came to do his job even though most businesses and activities around us are closing due to the weather!
2/12/2021 Debbi K. Mat H. came by to provide his Aptive services today despite the debilitating weather! He did everything I expected and still took the time to explain each application to me. He even locked up my gate before he left so I wouldn't have to go out and do it myself! I The dogs would have certainly, let themselves out, and it's a bear to catch them when they get free! Thank you Mat!
My service pro Nathan J asked me what did I want him to check on and he promptly said he would check those areas out. He took the time to go completely around the house to treat the area around my gutters with his long brush! WOW!

Although Rex L**** was here on a rather snowy, very cold day, he took his time explaining everything, asking me if I had any questions or specific concerns, and then got down to business. I was thankful for his kindness and good work.
John T. came to our home today in the bitter cold to spray for things that probably don’t survive these temperatures. He was very courteous and thoughtful explaining everything that he did. I really appreciate his service. Aptive and John T has gone above and beyond. We have not had any bugs or spiders in our home since our initial treatment, thank you.
I have been using Active services for about 6 months and am happy.. The service techs are always friendly,, answer questions. Today, Rex L sprayed, cleaned out cobwebs,, answered questions I had. He did a great job!
Signed up for autopay but still get a Bill in mail that does NOT indicate bill will be paid by autopay. Forced to contact the “Customer Loyalty Specialist” who advised me that there was nothing she could do to see to it that a notice on the bill to the effect “ will be paid by autopay on xx/xx/xxxxrtc” could be done and I was just supposed to “check my account”, or I could just call and check every month. When I asked to speak to her supervisor she informed me she was a manager and there was nothing she could do because her ... read more
