I've been a customer for 4 years. Never had to call you in for an extra free visit. Bugs have disappeared from our property! Jeff and Matt H. made the visit today and they have extended my great expectations. Friendly, helpful, neat and courteous. Thanks to them as excellent representatives of Aptive.
Brian C. John T did a great job. Super thorough, gave me info on some things I was clueless about... very friendly guy. He explained the territory split with the company, so I'm glad John T is now my guy!
Today we had John R. for our Aptive technician and I was very impressed with his thoroughness and attention to detail. I have not always been present for my other inspections but I was impressed with the time he spent servicing my home and his explanation after the treatment was finished.
I signed up for a quarterly service and they are coming every 2 months. So in 16 months I will have paid for 24 months of service and have no coverage for 6 months. The price seem reasonable for quarter, but a really bad deal for what I am getting. I have spoke with customer service and they do not seem to care. The plan is very deceiving.
John R is my service tech. He was very friendly and explained everything he was going to do today. he also asked if I had any problem areas or and recent bug sightings that needed toe be addressed. He also made sure I knew that I can always call for an out of cycle treatment if I notice any problems, like last year we had an ant problem. I called, and they came out and treated for ants. Problem went away. I have been very satisfied with Aptive since I started with them 18 months ago.
John R from Aptive came today and did the quarterly inspection. He was very thorough and came to the door to let us know he removed a wasp nest from the back light fixture. He took the time to spray all the outside light fixtures. I am always happy with the service our home receives. Lisa M
Larry A was timely and friendly! He took the time to explain the different services he was providing and actually listened to the issues we were having.
02/22/21 Kiante B***** came by the house and trudged through the snow around my house to de web and apply the application for this time of year. He explained everything he was going to do, asked if that what I was expecting, and asked if there were any other concerns. He spent a lot of time getting rid of cobwebs on my screen porch and made sure to put everything back when he was done. He couldn't have been more polite. Michelle B.
John T. came by today to do our service. He was very thorough in explaining what he would be doing and was very friendly and professional. We have never had a bad experience with these guys and their services have definitely made a difference, especially in our basement.
