Aptive is great company for pest control. Friendly staff and willing to accommodate any and all pest control issues.
Technicians are dishonest about what work they perform and the product mostly ineffective in treating pests. Don't be fooled by the initial visit experience. We started with Aptive 6/2020 as we had a roach problem and wanted to try a more environmentally friendly option. On the initial visit, the tech was great. Thorough work and happy to answer questions. Our roach problem didn't improve at all but figured I would give them a chance to see if things improved.
