Aptive is great! Our tech, Reis did an awesome job!
On January 7 technician John R. performed the quarterly service around the outside of my condo and the inside of my garage. He was very professional and polite. He explained the procedure.
Kevin T***** is very professional, reliable and through. I am very happy with this service
Steven W. did a good job in treating my home for insects. I was not home when he arrived, but he still got right to work. He provided pictures of the treatment which demonstrated some of the areas treated. He took time to speak to me briefly about the treatment.
Winfred came out to do our quarterly service yesterday. He was very polite & professional. I loved how he stepped back quite a bit from our door after knocking. Not only could I see him out my window, but it was a very respectful show of social distancing. He explained what he was there to do & went about his work. The only suggestion I have is to give customers a phone call when the technician is on his/her way. Other than that, great service!
Had my quarterly service done today. I had called three days ago to ask them to address the fact that we had started seeing evidence of rats in the attic. Was told it was noted and they asked permission to enter the house to treat the attic. I approved it. Today, the tech shows up and asks “Is there anything specific beyond the normal treatment?” He had no idea about my asking about treatment for the rats. He set two small traps upstairs. Larry A and Marcus came for a routine maintenance for our contract. Larry has been here before and once again was very polite and professional as he explained what they would be doing and then followed through.
Our Aptive Rep Shawn was awesome. Talked with us and then checked around our house and took care of spiderwebs and mouse traps. He followed up at the end. He did a really great job and took the extra steps of customer service. Very thankful as in Minnesota we have snow and cold. Many thanks.
I reinstated my account with Aptive in spring 2020. I payed monthly and recieved quarterly services as well as reservices as needed. In October of 2020, I kept getting emails that something was wrong with my account. I called 3 times and each representative told me everything was fine in my account and one even scheduled a free reservice for me which was completed. In November 2020, I received a letter from a collections company stating Aptive had sent me to collections even though I have documentation that I was paying. I h... read more
