Larry A****** represented Aptive well. Very polite, explained what he would be doing, asked if I noticed any problems and he told me he would let me know when he’s done. Did exactly what he stated. Very pleased!
We signed on for a 6-month trial with Aptive through a sales rep. It was a one-time fee, according to the rep. We've been charged three times since. Also, we continue to see mosquitoes month after month. We use a Thermacell repeller to help with the bugs. After chatting with Tyler on the phone, it turns out we were signed up for a 12-month contract and being charged quarterly. I canceled today.
Works very independently and quickly. Always check to see if you need any area inside or out extra attention. The same serviceman that comes each time so one gets to know the serviceman.

We have had Aptive for at least 5 years and have been extremely satisfied with the service. Our service technician Jarod, is always cordial and helpful. Aptive has gone the extra mile for us particularly when we have had to deal with several wasps nest. I highly recommend Aptive.

Yesterday Derrick C****** provided the pesticide treatment to my house. I meet Derrick outside and he reviewed with me the pesticide he would be using and we discussed when it would be safe to allow my dog to return to the outdoors. Derrick answered all my questions and provided an excellent inspection of my house.
Matthew H. came to our home yesterday to do an application. What a kind and informative young man! And the attention to his work was excellent. I know this because having other companies like Aptive do work for us in the past and observing them spend only about 5 minutes "working" around our entire home, I wanted to watch to see how this work would be performed. Matthew was very methodical and took a very appropriate amount of time getting the job done. I'm very impressed with both Aptive and Matthew!
