Have been with Aptive for almost 2 years now. They have kept any pest issues under control and are quick to come out for free if you have an issue between quarterly visits. Jacob Moss is my technician and is super friendly and thorough in explaining what he plans to do and really wants to ensure I'm taken care of by asking if if I noticed any issues that I want him to focus on. -Chris C

Very poor customer service. They came to knock down spider webs and spray the OUTSIDE of my house for spiders on Nov 30 during a snowstorm. I live in northern Ohio. There are 0 spiders until spring. It is a few weeks until Christmas and I did not want/could not afford to pay $115 for an absolutely pointless service. They took presents from out under my tree. I called to complain, but the girl was completely unapologetic and did not have a good response as to why they provide service at this time. I cannot wait to get out of ... read more

We are located in the Akron, OH area - Aptive & all their representatives have been very professional, prompt, & very easy to work with. They always notify us when they are coming so we keep our dog in. AND, the best part, we have very few if any bugs coming in the house. Stink bugs, gone! They even took care of a bee problem in the ground in our backyard at no additional charge. 5 STAR REVIEW!

I have had the worst experience with the financial department at Aptive. My account has been debited 3 times for either unauthorized debits or inaccurate amounts. I have tried to resolve this with phone calls and have been lied to every time I have spoken to a representative. My account was supposed to be billed monthly, but the very first debit (Sept) they did was for the quarterly amount. I was told that they could not refund the money, but I would not be due until Dec. 23rd. I was then debited $4.64 the following month (O... read more

Stevie did a great job. He was extremely thorough with treating the areas around our home. He took the time to answer any questions and concerns we had. I did not feel that he was rushing through the appointment. Which was great. I really appreciated his knowledge of the products that were used. In all areas and overall he did a great job. I have nothing negative to say at all. I highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for pest control. Their prices and plans are really reasonable and well worth it.
