Scam , worse company i ever dealt with.Got my money they promised to get rid the roaches and nothing , them they said i have to pay another $250 because i have german roaches. That was my first question when they first came to my house sbd they said no problem .
Horrible service!! Last week one of their technicians in Fort Worth, named Charles S********, did a very sloppy job at my home!! He asked to borrow my water faucet and hose to fill his tank. When he first pulled out the water hose, he pulled the hose so hard that it knocked the enter fixture down. Thereafter, after using it, he did not wind the water hose properly back into the fixture, left it on the ground, and somehow damaged the end of the water hose where the water sprays out. We were told in writing that we would receive "unlimited reservices” available to you in between your regularly scheduled quarterlies that can be scheduled at your convenience. However, not only were we suddenly unable to schedule reservices through the app (issues that we communicated to Aptive over the course of months but were never solved), our emails also went unanswered. Rory T Nathan J did a great job cleaning away insect nests and cobwebs before applying/treating all areas.
At first the company fulfilled it's service without any question. Second time they did outside and inside. Had to call a third time and this time the person sent questioned my reasons but did provide the service. 3 rd time they promised to be here - never showed - contacted again and still never showed. Not good service
The company informed me they do security checks of all employees. Found at least one employee bragged that he got hired after a 5 minute interview. More problems followed by cancellations not being honored, they continued to send out service representatives who agressively tried to get the treatment done. All I got was excuses for 'computer clitches'. After several attempts to rectify the problems I encountered all I got was pointless escuses.
