In May-2020, I agree to the services with trust and expectations of Active being experts at their job. It is now November-2020 and I have not seen a decrease in pests as promised. I called into customer service to express these concerns and to request a cancellation of their services. Service was prompt and Torre D****** did an excellent job. Very pleasant and willing to provide whatever services were needed. Gave an good explanation of products used.
Referred 3 family members the way I was instructed to BY Aptive. No reimbursement coupon. Also, they must use water when treating my home because I have seen an increase in pest. Their services do not work as described. This company is a complete scam. Look up their multiple Instagram accounts. All they talk about is all the new suckers, like me, they signed up.
Nicholas R*** came by today to service the property. He was incredibly thorough to hit every area that needed servicing. He was incredibly friendly and a pleasure to speak with. After the job was over, he ran through all the tasks he performed. I would definitely recommend the service for anyone needing pest control for their home.
They never tell you when they are going out to your house and the guy sprays for like 10 minutes total and leaves doesn’t ask you if anything needed attention or anything.
If I could give this company zero stars I would. We wanted to cancel the service because it is out of our budget due to COVID and they wanted to charge us $200 to cancel. I would recommend everyone staying far away from this company. The spray didn't work at our house as we still saw the same amount of critters in our house.
My technician, Lisa was so informative. She took the time to explain things about the service.
I signed up in June for a quarterly service, to be billed quarterly. I was billed in July, again in September, and again in November. I called to have this corrected, as the contract clearly states I will be billed quarterly. I was advised there was nothing they could do but correct it going forward. I asked to speak to a sup or manager and was advised there wasn’t one. The customer service rep (Conner) would not give me his or the branch manager’s last name or other identifying info.
