Nathan J****** provided service on 11-4-2020. He was very polite, quick and efficient. Afterward, he explained everything he had done. This was our second quarterly treatment (in addition to the initial treatment) , and we have not any problems.

Unprofessional service providers, customer service, and claims department. Service providers claim to have come out to the house 3 times. The first and third time no one came to provide pest control service (we have a security camera and a dog that barks at everything). I had to call and reschedule service. The second time, the service provider came to the door and identified that they were present but left without notice and left the back yard gate open (we have a pet that could have gotten out if we didn't discover before ... read more
There is no other place I can find on the website for a review in general, not specific to a tech. I do have to say incredibly frustrated. In the last month, I had two appointments show up right at dusk, 7 and 7:30PM respectively and rescheduled. Then get a text on 10/28/20 and 10/30/20 both saying a tech will be there at 8am... neither day did anyone show up, nor did I get any feedback that it had to be rescheduled. I've been told techs are calling in, people are having to cover other peoples routes, causing to show up late... read more

I would avoid Aptive Environmental due to their deceptive business practices. We contracted for quarterly service. They continually attempt to schedule treatments (with associated fees) on about a 6 week cycle. We have called many, many times to request that they only schedule treatments on a quarterly basis with no results. They continue to schedule unwanted appointments on about a 6-8 week cycle at incremental cost.
