Aptive's technician Brad S****** did a thorough job today. He was friendly and courteous. He had to work around our working outside, and did so efficiently.
Mr. W*** came to door and introduced himself and was courteous and helpful. Had a question and he answered it and then proceeded to do a good job. It's good to see Aptive Environment hires employees , who go the extra distance. ood customer service.
Jeremy did our service today 10/27/20 and did the inside and outside just as i asked him to do. We see a bug once in a while but not many. They do a great job. Thank you!! Bob K
Will M**** did an excellent follow up job, explaining everything clearly. He knows his business and is quite personable..
Erik and his partner, I believe it was Caitlyn? did an excellent job. They treated the outside of the house and cleaned the cobwebs off the porch. That's something my last pest company didn't do. A nice extra touch. Erik called when he got to my house and asked if there was anything I was concerned with or had issues with. Always good to touch base since the weather can change so much in a month or two and cause the critters to get more active or invasive. They did a good job, I would recommend them to my neighbors sure.
Thank you, John R*********, for coming to my house last week. Even though I was at work and not there while he did the treatment, as long as I don't have or see any mice, I'm good!!!!! Remember, I'm the CRAZY lady that set 13 mouse traps when I just saw 1!! I hate mice!!! LOL. However, Aptive always does a great job with all my "bug and rodent" needs. Thanks, John!
Hello, the Technician Patrick ********, Cover the places that needed it but I which I didn’t miss him cause I hope that he would spray in the kitchen area for ants & roaches that I notice I contact the office about it anyway good job for the exterior area Pat. Thanks!
Company is very prompt if you have a pest issue. Michael W was very thorough.
