SCAM SCAM SCAM Alert! I'm on the phone with my bank as I type this. This business is NOT a pest control business, it is a business that wants you to sign a contract, then cancel so that they do not have to deliver services, but will charge you a concelation fee. I gave Aptive in Minnesota a 2 rating because I do think that their staff were polite and receptive, but from a servicing perspective that is a 1 STAR...I was given a great sales pitch with offers of customer service at my finger tips and quality guaranteed, they even discounted the first treatment. I quickly found that every treatment created a resurgence, it seemed like I had more pest issues...some in the same place, others had moved into my garage. Mike O was fantastic. He called to let us know when he was coming and called again when he arrived. He did complete and detailed spraying inside where we had been experiencing spiders, and since he treated the home, we have not seen them again inside. Most respectful and kept asking if there was any other place, room area where we were having problems or noticed any insects. Unlike most who come and do their job, Mike O was determined we did not have any other questions, concerns or needs. Jim H. Indianapolis South side.
