Richard C***** knocked on the door so I knew he was here. Not everyone takes the time to knock on the door so you know they have arrived to do your quarterly service. I appreciated getting the notice. Not to mention his covid mask was excellent. I got a kick out of that too.
My Service Pro, Miles, did an excellent job today. Attention to detail was fantastic. Hit every nook and cranny and explained exactly what he was doing and even got some areas that I specifically requested. Went above and beyond for sure! Chad R.

Captive has always been a great company for pest control. I never notice any unwanted peats in my house and all the service techs I've been helped by have been great. Jeffery E***** went above and beyond by moving my empty trashcan up to my house while he serviced my house while I was gone.
As far as I know, the technician did their job - MOSTLY. I say that because I was not here and nobody from my family knew to tell them about an ant bed by our driveway, so I assume that it was not treated. ALSO, my water supply valve was closed for some reason when I returned home. I dont know 'if' or 'why', but if the Aptive tech touched an outdoor faucet during their visit, they were most likely the reason my water was turned off. I've had the pleasure of getting assigned Aaron W***** to perform most of my Aptive services. He is always so polite and goes above and beyond every time he is here. I can always rely on him to know exactly what to do whether with a pest issue I am having or with little to no guidance on my part. He is thorough and diligent in his work.
