My husband and I used this company to get rid of spiders. The first time they came out was a good experience. The technicians working in the residential area are great. The office personnel leave something to be desired. When I called to complain, the first time, we were told that someone would cone out and spray again. Well, we had an appointment and after they were 1 hour late coming out, we called and were told that our appointment had been canceled. No explanation as to why. Sales person tells me it will be $55 per month and I can cancel any time with no fees. Now they are telling me I have to pay a $150.00 cancelation fee. No other pest company charges a cancellation fee. Spent hours on the phone waiting and trying to get through to customer service with no luck. Would not recommend using this company. They came to our house one time for their monthly service and we were not at home. A sales rep came to our door one day in Agust and gave their whole sales pitch of a one-time ridiculous low offer to get us to sign a contract. The deal was that because they were already on our street servicing our neighbor's yard, they would do an initial treatment for us that day for $45. I asked what if I do not like it. He said “call me and I will terminate the contract with no fee”. Well, the service was not satisfactory in any way and they are terribly difficult to get ahold of. If a "representative" of Aptive comes to your door to sell you exterminator services, just close the door in their face. They don't accomplish what they claim to be able to do.
Terrible company. Stay far away. They overcharge and double bill you. I signed up and prepaid for service. After the fist visit from sign up I received a bill. Thinking it was just a notice I didn’t think much until the charge was made to my credit card. I immediately called the company and after a long wait on hold and getting passed around I cancelled all services and requested a full refund.
