Matthew H*** did a good job cleaning outside and killed the spiders on my porch! It would have helped to know ahead of time that the baseboards were going to be sprayed, so that I could have moved items out of the way.

I am a new customer and am still not sure how I feel about this company. It seems once you get them to your house they do a great job but getting them to your house is difficult. For our first appointment the tech was courteous and answered all my questions. They did a great job spraying for ants however due to the weather they were not able to get rid of any of the spiderwebs as the brush was wet and the tech didn’t want to smear dirt all over our white house (which I thought was smart). Aptive Environmental is a pyramid scheme company. They are Mormon owned company hiring young people for door-to-door solicitation. They tell you that your neighbors are using them and refer them to you. They tell you there is an annual contract that you can cancel anytime. When you call to cancel, they inform you there is a cancellation fee of $250.00. The hold time was over 30 minutes. The Salesperson came around promising year round for a one-time fee, only to later find out it was a year-long contract. Dishonest salespeople at the very minimum. Criminal scam at the very worst. Google Reviews show this was not an isolated situation.

Pleasant employees, mediocre results with product. Practically impossible to cancel service at the end of contract. Placed on hold for 10 minutes, then 10 more to reach cancellation department who never picked up. This happened twice. I emailed as requested and got no response. Finally spoke with someone after 45 minutes who cancelled our service.
