Very impressed with Aptive and the work that Rex and Josh performed on our house. They were professional, thorough, and efficient with their time. We have noticed quite a difference in the reduction of bugs inside and around our house with the Aptive service.

The worst pest company ever! They set up an appointment to come out and spray our home both exterior and interior, he rings my doorbell (ring) I answer we talk, he does the outside then bounces. My husband calls to see why he didn’t do the inside, he tells his company no one answered... what the idiot didn’t realize is that I have a video recorded of him having a conversation with me that day he came, so he straight up lied. Getting ahold of them is IMPOSSIBLE!! I have been trying to cancel my service and have not been able to reach anyone. No calls back or return emails. All I want is to cancel my service because it doesn't fit into my budget anymore but I can't seem to do that. Never again will I use Aptive. The techs are fine, but the products are the same quality of product that I can buy anywhere.
