They charged my card without my permission. I agreed to a $50 treatment months ago. I don’t have any contracts or email confirmations from my initial contact with this group. Today, I found a charge of $130 on my account. I’ve found them online and I’ve been trying to call them and their sales dept just transfers me to a general queue where I’m left holding. I’ve gone through this 6 times this afternoon before the sales team just all together stop answering. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR INFORMATION!!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would!!! Worst customer service ever. First time they sprayed still had tons of bugs called to tell them and they said to wait till our next service. We didn’t want to wait so we suspended our next service because we sprayed the house ourselves since it didn’t work and they came anyways and still charged us. After being bitten by huge bumblebees in a nest underground while mowing, I contacted Aptive and was told they do not take care of bee removal. I said I would like to cancel my account. I was then told there would be a fee of $196 added to the credit card on file for an early cancellation. I was never informed of this rule by our salesman who came to the door and bothered me and kept pushing me for the service. I wish I could give them a "zero." Great sales people going door to door to sale a service they can't stand behind. Horrible service techs, one guys called 4 hours after the time he was supposed to treat the yard and was very unprofessional as if we did something to him. Every time they showed up, they didn't do what they was supposed to do. No show no call twice and I sacrificed the entire day waiting on them. They lied and said they came and no one was home. Buyer beware!
