Incredibly rude door to door salesman! Even a tad threatening actually. I never write reviews or complain, but thought I should call the company to let them know. After getting the run around and being on hold for 30 minutes I gave up. Will NEVER use this company.

First of all would give a half of a star if possible. Tuesday I filled out the online questionnaire to get a quote. This included my address, name and phone number. They called within 2 minutes. Great! Spoke to the lady and confirmed my address. Was given a quote as promised online. Transferred to "specialist" Confirmed name and address again. Jeff B***** was the service tech that came out to my property. He was punctual, I received a call 30 prior to showing up, and he was extremely personable and professional. He listened to exactly what I issued I had and recommended the best eay to treat this infestation of ants I'm experiencing. The service was done quickly and he informed me when it was over. This is my second experience with him. Both times have equal ratings. I woild recommend them to everyone if your budget allows.

I've been using Aptive for awhile now and am consistently pleased with the service. Today's technician, Miguel O******, did a fabulous job. He called when he arrived, to keep with COVID protocols of not coming to the door. He discussed the service and asked me if there were any particular problems I was having. After the service I received both a text message and an email to let me know that the property was serviced. There were even pictures! They never showed up for the 30 or 45 day treatment, they never returned emails or phone calls, if they do answer the phone you're left on hold, I have told them twice now to cancel my service with no response. It's been four months and now they want to schedule a service call via text and left me on hold for 20 minutes again when I told them to cancel the service. I don't recommend Aptive due to the lack of customer service.

Scam. They did a poor job on the first visit, failed to appear for the second visit, so I rescheduled. When they returned they asked my 9 year old if we had an appointment, and when she didn't know, they cancelled that appointment. They lie in their service notes about what they perform, and my neighbor caught them on his video recording system not doing that which they said they were doing. Basically a waste of your time and money. They won't let you cancel. AVOID.

My tech was Ben M******. He is very professional and personable. He came for my quarterly service. Checked all gutters and areas for spider webs and any bee/ hornet nests. Sprayed all entry ways and perimeter for the common insects and scorpions. Made sure to remind me to keep my dogs inside for the suggested time. Thank you Jackie M*

Technician C*** was out today and talked customer through what he would be doing and asked if anything else was needed. Very pleasant and wanting to please customer! Thanks, Mary B*******
