Jerimiah B***** arrived as scheduled. Not only removed the wasp nest on the deck but also our mail/paper box! Such excellent service. This was a follow-up. Our next scheduled service is in October, Aptive is great! Thanks. Joan B

Didn't kill any pest. Called and they changed the formula of the spray and it still didn't work. Customer service is not good. I called to cancel, was on hold for almost 45 minutes then recording said they would call me back. Didn't call back. At first, they would call and say when they were coming so I could unlock my gate so they could spray in the back, the last time they came, I got a message that they came to the house, but I was home all day and I didn't see anyone spray the house and I know they didn't spray the back ... read more

My service on Friday was cancelled due to heavy storms and rain. Saturday I received an email that the service was completed and my account was being charged. I have called and emailed multiple times to remove the charge from my account. No response. Today I received a receipt for the charge. Not a happy customer. I will continue to call and email about cancelling my account, I no longer wish to receive Aptive's services in the future after this poor customer service effort.

The technicians who do the actual work are great. However, if you want to reach the company to add a service or make changes, it is impossible to do so. Their phone message says they are too busy to answer your call and don’t call the technician because they can’t help you and to leave a message. No one ever calls back and no one ever answers the phone. For this reason, I will be looking for a new exterminator when my contract expires. They need to hire people to answer their phones!

the salesman came to my door and offered service for40,00 first application if you agreed to second application for 99.00. first service was good second service was terrible. they just sent me a text at 6;30 that morning and said they were coming. i wasn't home still came. i called to complain all calls go to Utah. no local help. called to cancel service they told me there is a 209.00 cancellation fee and i had to do 4 applications, this is when i found out that the salesman had left out a lot of information when he presente... read more

I decided to give Aptive a try due to their amazing introductory price and I truly regret it. I see more pests than I ever have before, and I am assuming that is because the pest control servicing from my prior vendor finally wore off. Aptive does NOT use pet-friendly chemicals and in the order for them to spray indoors, my pets and I would be required to leave for a few hours. In the middle of a pandemic, an Aptive representative knocked on our door. My child answered, and he proceeded to talk < 6 feet away from the open door with no mask. I am frustrated at the irresponsibility and discourtesy. Wear a mask. Keep a distance. These are basic things. I appreciate the solicitation for business, but consider that some people are vulnerable and you are putting lives at risk.

Aptive Environmental is a terrible pest company. They misrepresented their services, did not rid our property of ants or spiders, follow any of our instructions, read responses to their own texts or emails or answer and respond to phone calls. June 3rd- We met the door to door sales person and decided to give Aptive pest control services a try.
