The products this company uses may do a great job, but their business practices are terrible. After signing on with them , after a fairly intense young man came to my door soliciting new customers, I was angry with myself for caving in. I tried calling the company six times in the next four weeks and was put on hold when I selected the line for cancelling service. It was an endless loop voice mail message. They will not answer calls or emails to cancel service.they use deceptive tactics.make impossible to get out of any other visits.they great you by saying they are treating several of you’re neighbors.but it’s not true.
Our technician Joseph S****** was excellent. He could not treat the inside of our home due to COVID 19 restrictions but gave us glue traps for the crickets we have an issue with inside our home. Great service.

My experience: Poor customer service and account servicing. I signed up based on information provided by a door solicitor. 1. This person sold the service based on false information that contradicts California law. (treating front property line to back property line) 2. I was informed by the person servicing my home I would receive my contract. I received a bad link. He was rude and said to just cancel within 3-days.. however, again the link was bad. 3. Recently had my quarterly service from Aptive and, as always, was extremely pleased with the service performed by the representative (Joshua M******). Still very happy with Aptive and recommend.
On hold for 20 minutes, never got thru’. I’m a new customer now having 2nd thoughts
Active has consistently lied to me for the past three weeks regarding a refund to my account that they charged me. They charged me for a retreatment back in June and have promised over and over that my refund is going to be credited back to my account “any day now”. This is the worst company that I’ve ever contracted with and I DEFINITELY will not recommend anyone to be tricked into using their services.
