Absolutely awful. Terrible service, mole and vole service was completely not effective. They 100 percent lied to me. Very poor response to my concerns. Their only interest was collecting my 249.00 dollar termination fee. Aptive had no interest in my concerns. The people at aptive who I spoke to were extremely rude and disrespectful. It was an awful experience, terrible service, terrible company, I could not be more disappointed.

Jacob M*** completed the quarterly service on my patio home. Jacob was very professional asking several questions before determining the best treatment methods. Well done Jacob.
I called for an extra service because we had a flies really bad. Even though Aptive do not warranty flying insects they came out anyway and looked for the cause of the flies. The service pro, lets you know when they arrive and also what they did for you and hey are leaving. I appreciate that so my kids are not frightened by people being outside the home. Neal P******** was very efficient and professional. Treated all areas I needed. Did a very good job.
We have used Aptive for a while now and this was by far the best experience I have had with them. We live close to a large body of water so small pests are almost inevitable. Mat H. came out and after just a few minutes of talking to him About our gnat issue he went to work. He went above and beyond what I was expecting. Let me tell you, it is extremely hot out today and he got his sweat on! He cleaned eves, door ways, got into small spaces and made sure to treat everywhere that bugs could possibly be. Terrible service and even worse customer service. Our insects and bugs outside are the worst they have ever been. We have been double charged and management refuses to contact us!! I would never recommend them to anyone.
