I got a APTIVE service today 6/30/2020. I have a big concern about your service today. I made contract with Aptive on 6/24/2019 and called Aptive on 2/25/2020 for service cancellation. Aptive sales representative told me contract will be cancelled after last service of March 2020 because 1 year contract will be ended in March 2020. They come to your door to solicit without a mask on and won’t leave when asked...even after multiple times. I would never engage in business with these people.
I had a really bad wasp problem for the past few months, I’m allergic to them so that made it that much worse. The salesman I talked to, Isaac F***** was very professional and talked me through the entire process and made sure I understood everything before I signed. The pest control guy came a day or two later and I haven’t seen one wasp since...after ONE treatment!! I recommend this business to anyone with a pest problem, they really take care of you and you can’t beat the price!!
I am very disappointed with the service I received from Aptive because of the quick in an out service they gave me. I live on a wooded 1 acre lot and both times Aptive technician showed up they walked around my house in 15 minutes treating the same area over they did the previous visits. They asked if I had any areas that need to be treated and I told the technician to check about a dozen trees on my property for ants and other insects. This place is terrible, I had me commit to a one year contract, charged my credit card and now I can’t get a hold of them. They scheduled themselves without asking if I would be home. I tried calling them to reschedule and was unable to contact anyone. I have tried calling several times only to be put on hold for over an hour then “disconnected”. No response to my emails. I am done!!! I should have been able to reach someone in a month. Smh I’m cancelling my credit card and hopefully then someone will call me....
Today, August 22, 2020, Jacob R***** performed the quarterly service at my condo in Brownsburg, Indiana. He was very professional and courteous. I asked that he advise me upon completion of the service, which he did. Dorothy L. S*****
Michael O***** came out to re-apply and was very courteous and thorough. We are a new customer and have had positive experiences so far.
Horrible service, doesn’t work and no one answers the phone! Keep you on hold for over 30 minutes and no one picks up say they will call you but never do. Have more bugs than ever!
The sales personnel are very aggressive and not professional at all. The company also makes it very hard to reschedule or cancel service. Do not hire this company.
