A supposed salesperson is canvassing the area today (learned that from their sales person on the phone). I want to know what he's canvassing by opening my front door, feeling around the wreath on the door, closing the storm door, then standing there writing down a bunch of notes. Didn't leave anything. Got the whole thing on my Ring, and that's how I saw his hat with Aptive on it. I originally assumed he was dropping off a package (Amazon or something). Nope. This company no showed at three consecutive appointments with me. The branch manager will not respond to messages. When I call customer service nobody ever answers the phone. When I hit * to get called back they called me after 11 pm. I do not recommend Aptive and want to cancel ASAP.
I had one of Aptive's sales representatives stop by my house today. He was not wearing a mask and didn't even appear to have one with him. Has he not heard of COVID?
Jacob took care of all our concerns and took care of anything I pointed out to him. We are having an issue with carpenter bees and he treated for that and told us to call back in 2 weeks if they returned and Aptive would come back and retreat for no charge.
Joseph addressed all our pest control needs in a friendly, courteous and efficient manner. I would recommend him and Aptive highly.

Very unprofessional company. Miss appointments cannot contact customer service. Very shady so beware.
So far so good! Signed up for service yesterday after a cold-knock sales pitch from Kendon, which is surprising as I'm normally loathe to entertain that kind of unsolicited business. But I was persuaded - we do need help keeping ants and spiders and other insects from coming inside, but also want to avoid any chemicals or methods that would adversely impact birds or mammals or pollinating insects. If I could leave lower than 1 star I would. What a total scam. Showed up today with no notice like they are supposed to. Were on our property 5 minutes and gone. No way they could have done any sort of treatment. Shame on us for falling for this door to door scam. It took 3 phone calls and almost an hour of hold time to cancel today.
